Moose are large and handsome animals, usually viewed from a distance and with caution. The gentle caring demonstrated between this cow and her calf in the early morning shows a tender side not often seen.
About Jean Clark
Photography has been an interest of mine for many years and since retiring I've been able to invest more time in it. I started out taking mostly wildlife and bird images but recent trips across this wonderful country have inspired me to also take the time to do some landscape/scenic photography. A few years ago I discovered night photography, also called nightscapes. I've found this to be exciting, challenging and very rewarding and now it ranks as a passion along with wildlife photography. One of the great pleasures of photography for me is sharing the images with friends, they inspire me to do the best I can so they can enjoy the places I've been and the things I've seen. In 2011 one of my images was chosen the Grand Prize winner...
